Mobility and strength tests: Identifying muscular imbalances and weaknesses.
History: Understanding past injuries to prevent recurrence.
Analysis of Training Plan: Reviewing current mileage, training intensity, and recovery routines.
Visits to last up to 60 minutes.
Follow Up Visits
The therapist will offer tailored treatments, including hands-on techniques, mobility exercises, and strength training, alongside guidance on running form, injury prevention, and training adjustments—equipping you with tools for sustainable, injury-free running.
Visits to last up to 60 minutes.
