What our clients are saying

  • Clara C. - July 2024

Dr. Tony ran initial assessments and I found out so much about my body and range of motion (left leg much more limited than my right) and how my body had been overcompensating for my sprained ankle. I also discovered my wrist injury was only a soft tissue injury and could be fixed through targeted exercises and self massage. Within a few sessions my wrist was almost 100%. Dr. Tony also taught me how to walk correctly so that I would not aggravate my bunion and also to prevent it from getting worse. I’ve noticed a stark difference from having every day noticeable pain in my right foot bunion to almost zero.

Dr. Denise is the best!! I have been working with her since March after messing up my knee and ankle on a jump figure skating. She not only got me back jumping in less than a month, but has been helping me prevent future injuries by strengthen my knees and ankles. She is also wonderful at explaining the purpose of the exercises she has me doing and how my muscles, tendons etc all work together. She is thoughtful in her approach and excellent in her craft. I would recommend Dr. Denise for any of your PT needs!

  • Matthew P. June 2024

Unlike other PT offices where you’ll see an actual doctor for 10-15 minutes and then get sent to an assistant; Dang PT has their doctors stick with you during the whole duration of your visit.

Dang PT rehabilitated by shoulder injury and even more, they helped me relearn most of the core fundamental exercises I do at the gym so I don’t repeat the same injury.

Getting older, I’m learning that health is everything. For those that are going through some injury from the gym or age, there is most likely a solution to your pain and I promise you a visit to Dang PT will help you or at least guide you to the right direction.

I’ve been working with Dr. Vincent for about 3 months and it has been life changing. A few different issues have came out through PT and we are working them all out. While I went on vacation recently, I stopped doing my exercises and when I got back I had migraines for 4 days straight. I went to see Dr Vincent and the next day migraines were gone and have stayed away. I can’t recommend them enough. They’re super responsive and will go out of their way to help. On one occasion when I was in pain and couldn’t come in, we set up a zoom appt the same day and he recommended a few things that helped right away and set my mind at ease. I’ve seen other physical therapists and chiropractors and wasted so much money without having results. This has by far been my best choice for treatment.

"I had back surgery in 2018, and since then, I've seen several physical therapists. Most of them prescribed simple programs with basic exercises that offered short-term relief but didn't help me regain full strength. I still experienced pain and was afraid to do movements, like bending over, that could risk re-injuring my disc.

Vincent was the first physical therapist who created a program tailored to my specific needs and helped me overcome my fear of re-injury. After nearly five years of being unable to run, I can now comfortably run a mile. I can bend over and touch my toes without pain, perform plyometric exercises involving a lot of jumping, and do squats and lunges with weights. Although I still have a long way to go, I actually feel strong again with minimal pain."

  • Shira M - Feb 2024

I am so grateful I found Dr. Tony. I am convinced I would have never been able to fully and comprehensively heal without his help. Not only did he help heal and cure my lower back injury, but he taught me techniques I know I will carry with me for the rest of my professional dance career and my life. I am grateful for his compassion, kindness, unique approach, and just absolutely awesome intelligence. He is officially my go to person for the rest of my career and I can’t recommend him enough.

  • TJ I. - Dec 2022

One of the most personable PTs you'll ever meet! His goal is to get you back to being healthy and moving the way you want to and are meant to.

I first reached out to him after 3 months out of ACL surgery. Tony being a former athlete himself, easily related to the cause of this and helped me get cleared to start playing again.

However, rather than just focusing on purely my ACL, he looked at the functionality of my entire body. Tony quickly accessed that I had some other nagging issues which I later addressed from all the injuries I have had. As an athlete, when you are young, you do not realize how important your body is and most athletes play through injuries often. The list of injuries that he has helped me with aside from my ACL are: ankle issues, hip flexor issues and shoulder issues.

If you're looking for a PT that not only helps your body through the usage of soft tissue work, teaching you new exercises/movements and explains all your questions in a way that is understandable, Tony is your guy! Highly recommend!

  • Brian W. - Dec 2022

I came in with two discs bulges pinching the nerves from my lower back, glutes, knees, down to both my feet. I struggled with doing basic things such as sitting, standing, walking, and any form of weight training without bringing an increase of pain. Dr. Dang helped educate me, give me confidence, and addressed a lot of muscle imbalances thus bringing my pain down.

After months of hard work, I've finally started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am now able to sit, stand, walk, and just starting to get back into weightlifting again. Dr Dang is amazing and has helped me tremendously with getting my life back. I highly recommend!

  • Jeff S. - August 2022

Some background: I've had 2 shoulder surgeries and have been dealing with shoulder issues since 2004. I recently had a setback where I was experiencing neck/shoulder tightness and a tingling sensation down my right arm. No amount of tiger balm or Theragun work was helping.

I went to Tony for help and he immediately knew what my underlying issue was: lack of external rotation and an over-reliance on other muscles. Over the course of 6 weeks, he worked on my soft tissue and showed me some very basic external rotation shoulder exercises. All the exercises he showed me were very reasonable and helped establish a very solid foundation. We moved very slowly and I never felt like we were rushing. 6 weeks later and my pain is noticeably less severe. I will continue ramping up my exercises and hopefully come back for a check up in a month or two!

  • Claudia E. - April 2022

The first thing I noticed about Tony was that he was an incredible listener. He took the time to address all of my questions and fill in the blanks for all of my concerns. I’ve found that to be rare with medical professionals, so it was incredibly relieving to feel properly understood and like an active and informed part in developing an action plan that worked for me!

For over ten years I have battled with a lot of pain and imbalances in my body, and Tony is the first DPT to -strategically- and -effectively- address them. It was shocking to see how quickly I started to feel better and notice changes in my body. This man is truly talented and I do not say any of this lightly, especially after years of struggling with much confusion and pain.

TLDR: Look no further for physical therapy! You’ll be taken care of by Tony and feel it right away! I can guarantee it.

  • Emily M. - Nov 2021

I cannot stress how wonderful and attentive Tony is! I consider myself very fortunate to have found him/been referred to him. He was the first person to really give me hope after my plantar plate repair surgery, and specifically in a time when I was feeling quite anxious and concerned about my progress and limited mobility. I was struggling with walking, and I came to Tony after I was unhappy with where I had been receiving physical therapy. I felt where I had been prior (Congress Medical-Elite Motion) was impersonal, and the majority of exercises did not focus on the site of my injury. I did not feel like I was genuinely cared for there, nor was I improving. Cut to meeting Tony, and he completely eased my worries and explained the anatomy of my foot, what to expect, and reminded me that recovery is a process. He took an entirely different approach to my care-exceptional listening, thorough explanations, effective exercises, and helped reverse the mental/physical confinement I had been feeling. Every session I have with Tony I learn something new, and I look forward to going. The way my foot/walking feels now is remarkable from where I was before meeting him. I do believe that I would not physically be where I am today if it weren't for Tony. His depth of knowledge, inspiring approach and passion for helping other people is unrivaled. I could not recommend a better physical therapist than Tony Dang.

  • Alan S. - May 2021

Over the course of 12 months I had five surgeries which required physical therapy. Tony is the best. He asked questions, he listened, and he knew why I wanted to get back to the activities which I enjoy and which matter to quality of life. I also listened, and under his expert care I am on track to get back on the skis after a major shoulder reconstruction surgery. He pushed me, and I pushed him.

An overall amazing doctor/patient relationship from a provider who takes the time to do it right. I hope to not need his services in the future, but if I do, I will not hesitate on where to go for expert physical therapy services.
